Red Flags

- Guaranteed profits. No one can guarantee forex returns. Promises of "risk-free" or "doubles monthly" are scams.
- Pressure to deposit.Aggressive bonuses, account managers pushing bigger deposits, or withdrawal blockers are warning signs.
- Clone firms.Scammers copy the name and license number of a real broker. Always check theexact legal entity.
- Unregulated "get rich" social media.DMs offering signals or managed accounts are rarely legitimate.
How to Verify a Broker
1. Find the regulator
On the broker's website, locate the regulator name and license number. OurRegulation & Safetypage shows the standing of brokers we cover.
2. Check the official register
Search the regulator's public register (e.g. FCA Financial Services Register, ASIC Connect, CySEC) for the exact entity and number. The name must match precisely.
3. Confirm the entity for your country
Big brokers run separate legal entities per region. The entity you sign up with — not the brand — is what the regulator oversees.
Our Safety Classification
We label every covered brokerTier-1 RegulatedorOffshorebased on its strongest regulator. Offshore is not automatically a scam, but it means weaker protection — trade it only with risk capital.
