This page explains our transparent classification and lists the regulatory standing of every broker we cover.
Our Transparent Safety Classification
We donotpublish a single numeric "trust score". Numeric scores imply a precision we cannot honestly claim without hands-on account testing across 100+ variables. Instead we classify each broker by thestrongest regulatorthat oversees them:
Tier-1 Regulated
Supervised by a top-tier authority such as theFCA(UK),ASIC(Australia),CySEC(Cyprus),FSCA(South Africa),DFSA(UAE) orFSA Japan. These regimes require segregated client funds, capital adequacy, and routine audits.
Offshore / Tier-3
Licensed in lighter-touch jurisdictions (e.g. VFSC, IFSC, FSC, or "Multiple/Offshore"). Often used forhigh-leverageofferings. They may be legitimate but typically offer weaker investor protection — trade them only with risk capital you can afford to lose.
